Before you arrive.

What time can I check in?

Check in starts at 3 p.m. daily. We do provide our guests with the option of early check in for a minimal fee. To request an early check in you may do so when booking your reservation online or if you have already made your reservation, you may contact our reservations department. You may store your luggage with our Bell Desk 24 hours a day.

What type of parking do you offer?

Does New York-New York offer airport check in?

New York-New York does not offer airport check in.

What type of transportation is offered from the airport to New York-New York?

There are several shuttles that will take you to The Strip from the airport: Bell Trans, C.L.S., Grayline, ODS, etc. The cost of these services per person (except lap children) start at $4.25 and shuttles run anywhere from 7am-2am. Due to FAA regulations, we unfortunately are unable to provide baggage service.

How old do I have to be to check-in to the Hotel?

You must be atleast 21 years of age to check-in.

Can New York-New York guarantee special room requests (i.e., non smoking, bed type, and room location)?

We do provide the option for our guests for a minimal fee to guarantee up to three room preference requests. Please call reservations at 1-866-815-4365 to assist you with your room requests.

What kinds of rooms are available for large parties or guests with children?

New York-New York offers a variety of accommodations for guests who require more space. Rooms range from 350 square feet up to 700 square feet. Connecting or adjoining rooms can be requested, and up to five people can occupy one room.

When booking online, how can I be sure that I will have a room reservation?

When booking directly from the website, you will receive confirmation code via email to the address you have supplied us with. You can also call Room Reservations at 888.693.6763 to verify your reservation 24 to 48 hours after booking online. For immediate reservations, please call Room Reservations directly.

What if I want to pay for my room or someone else's room in full?

For your convenience we have a Credit Card Authorization form that can be filled out and faxed to 702-740-6875. Please click the "Contact Us" tile to the right to download the form.

During your stay.

What time do I need to check out?

Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Upon check out, luggage may be stored at the bell desk so that you can enjoy our restaurants, gaming areas and other amenities on property. You may also request a late check out for a minimal fee, please inquire at the Front Desk upon check in.

Do you provide coffee makers in your guestrooms?

Although at this time we do not have coffee makers in the guestrooms, we do offer 24-hour coffee service from Room Service, the America Café and any of the casino bars. Il Fornaio offers specialty coffees, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30pm seven days a week.

Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?

Yes, all of our guestrooms feature hairdryers, as well as in-room safes and alarm clock radios.

Are pets allowed?

No, with the exception of service animals. Please be advised during the summer months the temperatures are very high and heat buildup in cars will kill animals. **You can call Animal Inn Pet Kennel (702) 736-0036 for your pets' boarding needs. Please note that New York-New York does not endorse nor is affiliated with this company and is providing this information merely as a courtesy to our guests.**

Do you provide irons and ironing boards for use during my stay?

Irons and ironing boards are available in all of our guest rooms.

Can I order an amenity for a special occasion - cake, champagne?

For special food and beverage items as well as floral arrangements, please contact the New York-New York Concierge at 855-740-3311.

How can I get information and/or reservations for the Spa or Salon?

The Spa at New York-New York is open from 6:40am to 7pm daily. You may book your Spa or Salon reservations online on our website There is a $10 per person per day fee for use of all Spa facilities which is included in the price of any spa service priced $40 or more. The Salon is open from 10am-6pm daily. For specific pricing information and availability, please call 702-740-6969.

Does your property have a monorail system?
